This fund raising project was mooted in the year 2018 for Sugam Karnatica’s philanthropic deeds. They are as below:
♦ To cover the costs of scholarship given out annually for students from underprivileged backgrounds to learn the arts, worth RM58k per annum
♦ To cover the costs of the program called T.A.P (Talent Acceleration Program), a Carnatic Choir which is a one-of-a-kind vocal ensemble, presenting a positive image of the community whilst showing participation of Malaysian Indian children in national activities through the arts, which amounts to RM50k per annum
♦ To cover the costs of free creative lessons offered to the children such as Visual Arts, Theatre Arts and Creative Writing which amounts to RM67k per annum
